problem with USB Device

penah x cucuk USB / pendrive tp xdetect kt lappy or pc..
sy ade cara2 utk selesaikan masalah tu..

step 1: klo anda mngunakan kabel usb conthnya utk cucuk mp3/mp4, hnset, camera or xternal hdisk cuba anda check dulu speed USB tu dan make sure speed die same cnth gune kabel USB 2.0 with USB 2.0 devices. Kalo step ni xjd jugak proceed to step 2

step 2: bukak device manager dan tgk pada serial bus controllers. Jika ada tanda soal berwarna kuning pada USB mass storage device, double klik n then chek status device. Jika status mnunjukkan "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" ikuti lgkah ke 3

step 3: -klik pada start
-right klik pada my computer, klik pada properties
-klik pada tab hardware manager
-klik pada butang device manager
-Expandkan Universal Serial Bus controllers section
-right klik semua device yg dibwh Universal Serial Bus controllers node,n then klik uninstall to remove them one at a time
-restart pc or lappy anda n allow ur pc utk reinstall da USB controllers
-cucuk kembali pendrive n then test to make sure dat issue is resolved
